Report on an Ordinance intituled an Ordinance
to amend the law relating to companies.

The approval of the Right Honourable the Secretary of State of the introduction of this Ordinance was conveyed in his Code telegram of the 11th November, 1915.
The alteration referred to in that telegram was made, the title of the order-in-Council was completed wherever it occurred, and the date in the last clause was made the let January, 1916.
Otherwise the ordinance was passed as it
was
submitted.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His behalf.
